Lenten Promise
Prayer -
My Prayer During Lent is before I go to Bed I will say a short prayer in my head for those who are in need of help and who are sick.
Alms-giving -
My Alms-giving during lent is to do smalls things to help around in the house like unload the dishwasher without being told or folding the washing.
Fasting -
My Fasting During Lent is to give up Fizzy Drinks
